Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided somatic breathing practice designed to support nervous system regulation, self-discovery, and expanded states of awareness.
Through a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern in which the inhale and exhale are intentionally connected, the breath becomes a bridge between body and mind. This practice can help access deeper layers of the self, allowing physical, emotional, and energetic patterns to surface, release, and integrate.
Each session is held in a supportive,and grounded environment, with thoughtful guidance throughout the experience. The 120-minute journey includes an introduction to the practice, a 60-minute breathwork session, and dedicated time for reflection and integration afterward.
Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, this experience offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, cultivate greater presence, mobilize what is held in the body and access the innate wisdom of the body.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow(s) or bolster, eye covering (optional) and water.
